Our Expertise: Since 1975, we are working as Prekshadhyan Center in Delhi NCR. Here Yoga, Preksha Meditation and Kayotsarga (relaxation) training is provided to national and international meditation seekers, without any discrimination of caste, creed, color or religion. Located near Chhattarpur Temple, this center has pollution free, green, natural and relaxed environment which is very effective for spiritual, physical and mental well being. Our Objectives: To develop a society which lives a healthy and joyful life through Preksha Meditation, Yoga and Naturopathy and is free from physical and mental stress. To achieve physical, mental and spiritual harmony through training and research in spiritual sciences. To help individuals attain self-realization through the technique of Preksha Meditation, Kayotsarga (relaxation) and Mantra Sadhna. To awaken the moral and cultural values in the masses. Preksha Meditation Health Camps: Kendra conducts two health camps every month for persons suffering from Heart Disease, Diabetes and Hypertension and other chronic ailments. Activities include, daily guided meditation sessions, Yoga classes, Naturopathy treatments , Kayotsarga (Deep Relaxation) and color therapies to treat physical ailments such as heart disease, diabetes, asthma, obesity, arthritis, psychosomatic problems and other ailments. One-Day workshops on Preksha Meditation are also conducted, which include short training in Kayotsarga (Relaxation), Dhyana (Meditation), Anupreksha (Contemplatipn) and LeshyaDhyana (Color Meditation) for emotional purification and bliss. Kendra Facilities: Green Campus: The campus contains lush green areas lined with trees and maintained by in-house gardeners, providing an invigorating fresh air environment to visitors and camp participants. Hall: Kendra has a big 18000 sq. feet open hall with a seating capacity of 3000 persons to organize national and international yoga camps, spiritual seminars and health camps. There are 3 other halls available with a seating capacity of 1500 persons each. Yoga and Meditation Hall Meditation Hall: A Beautifully designed, hexagonal, spacious and air-conditioned soundproof hall is available for meditation and relaxation practices. Mantra Sadhna Hall: A spacious and air-conditioned soundproof hall is available for mantra sadhna practices. Conference Hall: A meeting cum conference hall equipped with latest Audio-Visual Aids and a seating capacity of 40 persons is available for meetings & presentations. Auditorium - Adhyatm Sadhna KendraAuditorium: A well-furnished, fully air-conditioned sound proof auditorium with a seating capacity of 400 persons and a spacious stage, projection room and toilets is available for presentation ceremonies. Accupressure Track: A well maintained Cobblestone Acupressure track is available in the campus for patients undergoing acupressure therapy. Homeopathy: Kendra has a homeopathy clinic managed by a qualified homeopathic physician, providing free homeopathic consultation and medicines to the patients. Academics: A 6 month certificate course with internship training in Yoga, Preksha Meditation and Naturopathy is conducted in the Kendra under Jain Vishva Bharati University, Ladnun (Rajasthan) for imparting yoga and meditation training to graduate students who wish to pursue career in yoga and meditation. Research Work: Kendra is also involved in various health research projects by renowned physicians and research workers. Preksha Meditation Center Play Area: A colorful and safe play area is coming up for children. Laboratory: A fully equipped haematological and pathological lab is also coming up for in-house routine testing of blood samples of patients and also for research work. Residential Halls: Kendra has 47 double-bedded deluxe air-conditioned rooms with attached bath, 50 double-bedded air-conditioned rooms with attached bath and 61 double-bedded normal rooms with shared bath are available for a comfortable stay during the camps. Preksha Meditation Health CampDining Hall: A spacious dining hall with a seating capacity of 100 persons is available at the kendra, which serves pure vegetarian, nutritious and wholesome food made using natural spices. Kitchen: A large modern, well equipped kitchen is coming up to provide clean and hygienic food preparation area for 1000 persons. Naturopathy Center: A spacious and fully equipped Naturopathy center managed by professional naturopathy doctors and well trained and qualified, male and female therapists is available, which provides a variety of Naturopathic treatment for ailments like hypertension, chronic constipation, obesity, low back pain, skin problems etc. Power Supply: Power and lighting is available 24 hours through electricity board supply. Fully automatic and silent backup generators are also available on standby round the clock to provide electricity during power cut situations. Drinking Water: Safe drinking water supply is available round the clock through R.O Plant, to provide safe and potable drinking water for kitchen and personal consumption. Lift System: Lifts with power backup are available in all residential blocks for easy access to upper floors for old and disabled persons. Book Shop & Library: A well-stocked library with about 5000 books and magazines on various subjects related to yoga, meditation, health care and religion are available for purchase and reading.
